Photown "terms of use"

By using the Photown web site you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use").

Basic Terms

• You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
• You may not use the Photown service for any illegal purpose. All users are obligated to comply with all local laws regarding online conduct and acceptable content.
• You are solely responsible for all data under your screen name, including photos, text and comments.
• You must not violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
• You must not upload any commercial, pornographic, abusive, unlawful, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory or obscene photos to the Photown service.

Violation

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Photown account.

General conditions

• Photown reserve the right to modify the service and change functionality at any time, without prior notice!
• Photown reserve the rights to alter this "Terms of use" at any time.
• Photown reserve the right to close, delete or refuse a user account without reason at any time.

Copyright

All uploaded photos at the Photown service are protected by international copyright laws and is belongs the publisher of the photo. In case of any dispute about a photo origin, the photo will immediately be deleted from the Photown service. You may NOT use any photo commercially without written permissions from the photo publisher. In case of such agreement between you and the publisher, you are solely responsible to authenticate the publisher and make sure the photo is taken by this publisher.
